Leadership
Scott Wilkerson leads the firm and has over 30 years of leadership experience in the healthcare space. He has had 20 plus years of P&L accountability and years of working with and advising boards and executives. He has developed numerous successful leaders, serving as a coach and mentor.
Experience
Scott has worked in the hospital, health plan, and provider spaces, serving in numerous executive roles. He has served as a regional health plan CEO, an SVP of business development for a large, independent children's hospital, and led a start-up accountable care organization and grew it to hold numerous payor contracts, including a full-risk sharing arrangement. Scott also served as an interim CFO for a large healthcare delivery system. He honed his skills at a big four accounting and consulting firm, conducting and leading audits of large health organizations and developing strategic plans.
